Do you ship overseas?

We only ship to UK and Northern Ireland now.  Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.  We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders processed here will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.  Please note we are extremely busy at the moment and working round the clock to get orders out.  You will receive tracking details once it's dispatched

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use TNT / Fedex

For Northern Ireland, Isles and Scottish Highlands we use Royal Mail, please note it could take a little longer on delivery timings.  For Hardware orders to Northern Ireland there may be additional costs incurred which we will correspond to you

 

Can I return my product?

We don’t accept returns as all items are made to order.  However, if your items (s) are damaged upon receipt then please report this to the TNT driver as part of the notes when signing and then inform us within 1 day of receiving so we can process this with TNT / Fedex.  Failure to do this may result in us being able to process your claim

We try to ensure all items are dispatched correctly, however if you happen to receive an item in error please do let us know within 1 working day and we will issue a replacement or refund directly to the card provided.  Please see our Returns Policy for more information

 

Can I get my product personalized for my business?

Yes, you can.  Simply email us at hello@socialdistancingkits.co.uk and we will be happy to help create something bespoke for you
